Alignment okay?

Hi, I assembled my HB3 today using the written and video guides. Attached is a shot of my gear side after connecting that cable. Gear is in 4th. If I change gears, the markers move farther away. I have it in my head that the markers should be lined up after the cable is in place.

I got help from the great support available at HB. All is set. Thanks! If anyone else sees this, there’s another mark to line up (not the dot).
