I've gotten riding around corners and through puddles down but I don't feel like the brakes do much to anything (apart from messing with my balance - so maybe I just need to practice more!). I tend to slow down and then jump off - not always elegantly. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for slowing and stopping on the HB2.

Hey Cherylynn, The thing with the HB2's brakes is that they are used for slowing down. I'd guess you'll need to get used to the stopping and overall riding the Halfbike, but stopping shouldn't throw you off balance. Maybe your brakes need some adjustment, for which you can check our tutorial here > halfbikes.com/halfbike-2-brake-adjustment

Hello, I do this move after slowing down where I put one foot behind And kick the whole halfbike in front of me with the other foot applying pressure on the pedal putting it on the back wheels and so transition to walking in a smooth move. Pushing the bike forward I'm not sure if this is clear enough? Perhaps I will put up a clip of this on my Instagram page "halfbiker_ghent".
