As an avid ultramarathon distance runner and all around active person getting to know about this wonderful Halfbike is an additional bonus workout for me. Initially getting started with the Halfbike is not so simple as you think as most cyclists think so, however with strong determination and also good balancing you'll be able to overcome this. Been using my Halfbike for my weekend cardio workout and recovery after my runs. Noticed that this have improved my stamina and heart rate. Loving it so much that it now becomes my go to excuse to bring them out for a ride to relieve my stress and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
