Bin total glücklich mit meinem Halfbike. Nach ein paar ,,Übungskilometern‘‘ hat man gecheckt wie die Sache funktioniert und macht immer mehr Laune. Für mich ist es eine Mischung aus Fitnessmaschine, Spassgerät und Fortbewegung. Zum See fahren, ne Runde schwimmen und wieder nach Hause…macht einfach nur Spaß und ich bin gut ausgenudelt. So um die 10km sind für mich ok. Das einzige was etwas stört ist eine bestimmte Pedalstellung beim Kurvenfahren, da berührt der Schuh manchmal ein Hinterrad…(Schuhgröße 46). Muss man halt drauf achten. Aber das Halfbike ist so ziemlich genau das was ich mir erhofft habe, ein Ganzkörper-Spassgerät:)!!!

This is my second half bike. I bought the original one when it first came out and then upgraded to the newest model just recently. I love riding my half bike. It is an incredibly good workout and a lot of fun. I am constantly stopped by people who ask about it. It took about a week to get used to riding it when I first got it, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll never want to stop.

Fascinating means of transport, this half bike - and ideal as a warm-up coordination exercise device for my personal trainees. Once you get the hang of it, it feels like running as Superman. The customer service is top: Simply describe the problem in detail, ask a question, and the solution will follow immediately and satisfactorily!

I'm still very new at riding. It's definitely a workout and I'm not a fitness fan. I'm going to keep using it; I'm up to a 1/2 mile with stopping a few times and being outta breath . I definitely like it, it's going to take some time to learn to turn. My arms and legs are sore.

It is a great product and I enjoy it very much because I am not able to go jogging anymore because of knee problems. After driving half bike for one months my knee pain is almost gone completely. For me, it is a perfect product to train my lungs and legs without getting any pain. And of course it is lots of fun as well....

Fantastic workout and unique design. The halfbike 3 is an absolute thrill and pleasure to ride around on. I bought my HB3 in the summer of ‘23 to get a bit more out of biking and a change up from my other bikes and fitness activities. Very much enjoy it and will be looking to purchase a second one for my spouse next year as a future family/group activity.

I’ve owned my Halfbike for several months now. What an incredible way to get in some cardio! My legs burn after each ride. The product is very well built and very sturdy. I am a little above the recommended weight limit and it still is solid and stable. It was very easy to assemble out of the box. It does indeed take some trial and error to learn to ride distances and even more to learn how to turn. But, i did get up on it & riding within 15 minutes. And getting going isn't the challenge really. Learning to stop is the challenge. That is where i fell off. The only negative thing I have is a warning if you live in California. My shipping was supposed to have been under a week. Mine was under 4! I had phone calls from customs to contend with. All because they don't like whatever chemical is in the tire sealant. So either don't get it from the factory or anticipate a ridiculous shipping time.

The Halfbike has been nothing but wonderful. At 55 years old and a little out of shape I was wary of my first ride and didn’t have high expectations for a smooth start. However, with the instructions from Halfbike and the help from some in the Halfbike community online, I made very good progress over the first few days. Now, with I’m enjoying regular rides and getting stronger and faster. It’s a great stress release and, in even one short right, can bring a restorative feeling. My new motto is “Halfbike—never take middle age sitting down”! (That would make a great t-shirt, Halfbike company)

日本で購入しました。 ハンドルが緩んで廻ってしまうトラブルが発生しましたが、カタコトの英語と日本語とのやりとりで、なんとか部品交換を無料で行っていただき、素早く解決を得ることができました。 とても感謝しています。 今は忙しくて乗る練習ができていませんが、本格的な冬が来る前に乗りこなしたいと思っています。 I bought it in Japan. I had a problem with the handle coming loose and turning, but through fluent English and Japanese communication, I was able to get the part replaced free of charge and quickly get a solution. I appreciate it very much. I'm so busy right now that I haven't been able to practice riding, but I'd like to get good at riding before winter really arrives.

The Halfbike was the culmination of my search for the ultimate commuting machine. I have been waiting for something like a kickboard but with pedals. Something that was easy to fold up and bring onto buses and subway trains. It’s perfect for my daily commute and getting out and about on the weekend. I really enjoy riding my Halfbike. I also enjoyed the learning process. Every time I ride it I feel I slightly improve or learn something new, and it is amazing how my body and mind have adjusted to riding it. Standing up feels good. I also really enjoy the interactions with the Halfbike community on Facebook. Everyone has had great advice for riding and modifying Halfbikes.

Excellent cycle. Better than the videos or marketing. It does it all. Workout cycle, commuter vehicle, riding with the kids, out for a fang - with the wind in your hair. I use the Halfbike more than my bicycle now, did not see that coming. How is it to learn? Great, follow the instructions, trust the design, you will be hooning around before you know it. Highly recommended, 10 out of 10. So easy, when you get it.

This is the most innovative, fun but challenging piece of workout equipment I've ever owned. I'm a former cyclist and runner and had taken more to indoor and less impact but high intensity oriented cardio. I own a Versaclimber, Keiser spin bike, and stair stepper and while all are solid in their own ways, the Halfbike is the most fun and mile-for-mile similar to running but with a cycling leg burn. I ride it six days a week on a 9 mile route with challenging rolling hills and finally have a cycling/running feel and freedom without being threatened by cars and taking the impact to my ankles and knees. I couldn't recommend this bike more. I can't believe I don't see them more in the Dallas/Ft Worth area as incredible as they are. Do yourself a favor and get one (or more).

I purchased my first HB (HB2) back in Spring of 2020. As I recall I was shopping for a new bike but could not find one anywhere due to the whole covid thing. My wife (bless her) found the Halfbike website and suggested I just take a chance, which I did. Anyway, after a tough learning curve and some apprehension I mastered the riding technique and now am a lifelong HB fan. I ride for about an hour nearly every day after work when weather permits and don't do gym cardio anymore. I can feel and see the physical benefits of my riding routine. The riding sensation reminds me somewhat of skateboarding or snowboarding. My HB2 has gotten pretty battered so I upgraded to an HB3 early this year. It is a more refined product but also a bit more demanding in terms of balance due to some slight dimensional changes. Regardless, it is a fun, satisfying, and unique product. --> HB company please read this: The week point are the grips. The stock grips are not substantial enough. I sliced them off immediately and installed larger, thicker horned grips (easy and cheap to buy) and it makes all the difference in control. A premium product like HB should come with better grips. Another issue, albeit small, is the weak adhesive used to fix the cable stays to the frame. Hot weather melts it and the stays detach. They are fixed to the cable, but still. Anyway, I love my HB and I'd say it is one of there best fitness/leisure/fun purchases I've ever made.

Entertaining. It is a challenge at first then you manage it without hesitation. Not for hills thou… Or I need to really master it OR be more fit. It could come if I practice more often. But in short it is real fun. Too bad people do not enjoy learning new skills after 40. I am feeling alone with my half-bike.

Al principio fue dificil manejar, pero luego es mas facil. Tengo problemas con el estacionamiento. Es mas facil de manejar para mis hijos que para mi A mi esposa que no sabia manejar bicicleta le es mas facil que la bicicleta tradicional. A mi no me molesta las piernas, como me molesta la bicicleta tradicional

I bought my Halfbike 2 years ago. I was looking for something new and fun, that would challenge me and allow me to spend more time outdoors. The Halfbike had promised to make me feel like a child again....and it does!! I admit that I only use it on flat bicycle paths, and I don't do long distances. I am quite happy with a nice 10-12 km ride. I am glad I have taken a chance and bought the Halfbike. I did change the handlebar grips to have a more ergonomic and comfortable positioning with my wrists, and that was 100% worth it. Overall, I'm quite happy with my Halfbike!

I love the aesthetics and the design of the Halfbike. I ordered it because I thought it was a fun way to get some outdoor cardio workout. It was simple to put it together. It folds easily to put it into the car or even carry it on public transportation. It is not easy to ride, and I am not sure if I would recommend to ride it if you want to get around town. Then again I don't think that was purpose of the design anyways. It is beautiful and it is sooooo much fun to ride once you get the hang of it.
