My half bike is my most valued possession. I average 4 hrs per week on it. At 62 years old, I’ve been wanting another low impact aerobic exercise that I can do outside. I can’t comfortably raise my worn out shoulders anymore so bicycling is out. With the half bike my arms are down! For all of you that have tried it once or twice and feel like you can’t get the hang of it, don’t quit! You will master it with just a few more tries. Hang in there. It’s so worth the time and effort! I literally can’t wait to get on it again!
