It’s kind of challenging to start with, especially when you’re not the type easily finding your balance (like a dancer or a gymnast). I am still learning. So far, this cycle doesn’t seem meant for indolent sightseeing on the countryside. It’s more like cardio-training or mountain biking in the alps. I can’t recommend enough installing hand-bars which I think should be standard, especially if you’re a tall person. Overall, a lot of fun and keeps you fit!
