Is Halfbike legal on Dutch roads?

Do you know if it is legal to use de halfbike on the roads in the Netherlands? Is it allowed as a bike? (Does it have the neccesary inspections to be admissable on the public road?)

Been riding the halfbike for over 4 years now, no problems. You should be fine riding one as well ;-)
