High marks for creating a fun, full body, core-exercising machine. My children love it too, more than skates and scooters. I had originally intended to use it as a short distance commuting option since it is a hassle to get my regular bicycle out, pumped, and loaded. It is harder to ride than a bike (takes more energy to go an equivalent distance) and does not do well on uneven pavement or sidewalks. On the other hand, I'm 52 years old and this is so much easier on my back and bottom, so I prefer it to my bicycle for going shorter distances (up to 2 or 3 miles) whenever I can. Much easier to get in and out of the house than a bike too.
