I love the difficulty of the halfbike - the fitter you become the more fun you will have - it’s a great combination of cycling and running- easier than running and way more challenging than cycling
I did need to get my feet conditioned to standing for extended periods during long rides but with the right shoes and positioning on the pedals it’s all good
Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in fitness and has a path or area that is mostly flat ( hills even short ones are ridiculously difficult on the halfbike)
