Absolutely love my Half Bike! Have been rehabbing after surgery and an injury, and have not been able to run my usual lengthy distances. My Half Bike has been a great workout, and takes the strain off my feet while I recover it allows me to be outside, as I am certainly not an indoor gym person! I find this to be an amazing all around workout and even now that I am back running long distances again, it has been a great addition to my workout routine.
