Had a small issue when I received the half bike but CS rep Krisi was great and addressed my concerns. The Halfbike is so much fun, being a person who enjoys all modes of transport, bikes, scooters, skateboards this newest addition fits right in for me and I caught on rather quick. You can feel it working parts of your body you haven’t used in a while, feels like a workout while having a blast!
