I bought it as an alternative to running to avoid the impact of my legs on the ground.
I managed to get onboard in a few minutes but I had to make lots of efforts on my upper leg and it was very tiring.
Second day I found my balance and I could stay longer.
I m sure that once you find the right confidence it`s a great tool for training, and not just the legs but for the whole body
