It feels completely different to ride a halfbike than a regular bike, the old bike was forgotten :) customer service is also super, responsive, and helps to resolve any issues very quickly. I received the spare part within a few days of the request. In summary, I recommend it to those who love sports and want to try something new. It is comfortable to drive with good road surface (gravel road surface is not very suitable)
