The product is amazing. You really need to learn how to use it and it was cool for me to learn something new. After a couple of weeks I managed to ride it for a 2 hours trip of 30 km. Terrific experience. What really let me down is that the bike arrived with the front wheel crooked and the problem is getting worse.
