I am 51, and I have some lumbar and cervical disc issues. I recently changed from having given up on HIIT workouts about 2 years ago, to finding LIIT workouts, and other non impact training that avoids, jumping, running, burpees, or jumping jacks. I bought the half bike. I was really no strong enough in my core to ride it at first. It took me about 5 sessions of 15 minutes to finally figure out how to ride it. Now I can ride 5-10 minute intervals, and then take a break. It is fun and challenging, there is no easy button with this, you are working the entire time. If you want to work out and get in shape, this bike is for you!
