I got a Halfbike used yesterday and in the rough 15-20 minutes window I’ve seen people describe, I was able to do kind of circle a flat parking lot. (My first attempt after buying it and the initial coaching session was on a sloping and beat up parking lot—my scraped up knee definite doesn’t recommend that when starting.) My muscles are pretty sore after last night’s ride (like all over from the overall body workout I’ve heard about). In the image linked above, what amount of training time to build up during that first week do you all (or anyone who has experience) recommend? I’m probably going to practice 10-15 minutes every evening that it’s dry outside. How long until a beginner’s body doesn’t feel as much of their whole body feeling beaten up (meaning a good way because I’m excited about how this will help me get in shape after being a relative couch potato for a long while during Covid)? Any suggestions on training regimen?

Hi J., As long as you do a few 10-15 mins sessions, you'll get there for sure. After every ride you'll feel getting better and better. However, the time required varies from person to person - some people need a few hours, some need a few weeks to get it going. Practice makes perfect is very true for Halfbike's learning curve.
