10 kg of body weight decrease. no more sleep troubles / snoring / sleep apnea. no more gastroesophageal refluxes. many new trips to the mall picking up new shapely clothings. walking up stairs ability 4-5 floors at a time is feasible and my legs felt strongest in my life. backpain from sit straining during surgery (I'm a surgeon) faded away and did not come back anymore now that my core muscles (front belly, waist, back muscles, shoulders, hips) are much stronger than before. my blood pressure levels are easily controlled and medicines lowered. all these thanks to the halfbike team wonderful creation and they provided supports at times I needed them.

I remember in 2017 while preparing for my journey to Côte d’Ivoire, that I would probably need a cardio machine. After all in the complex that I resided in, had a decent small gym room that I frequent. One day while poking around on YouTube, I came across a video that had the “Top 5 human transports”. Hmmm this seems interesting. To my surprise! I haven’t seen anything like these new inventions. There were vehicles with solar power & electric power as well. I think that I narrowed my search down to 2 possible bikes to bring along with me. They were the “Solo wheel” & The “Halfbike”. After careful consideration I chose the halfbike. Why? Because I could get a KILLER cardio workout & look chic doing it!

Halfibke 3 is the next best thing after Halfbike 2 came to light. It is much more stable, maneuverable and offers a serious joy boost to the riding experience. The front brake makes it even more safer, while the new gears help you climb some pretty steep hills:)
