I´m very pleased using Halfbike3 as a city conmuter. It´s fast in the street and you can handle easily in the elevator to get to your flat. The new pin-conector works brilliant(thank´s for the improvement). Halfbike 4 could have a parking-brake .If ground is not even ,it´s gone by it´s own. And you guys should think about a shopping-cart .I personally would like to go biking to the next supermarket ,with few changes convert (Shoppinghalfbike 1) into a shopping-cart and viceversa . Amount of storage room just like the tipical shopping trolley .I´m already thinking about this proyect ,but you are great in design and manufacturing. What do you think about this idea ? Could we develope something for the future.I´m busy in my job(dental tecnichian),not interested in marketing . Will go next month for some studys to a company introducing the participants in applying epoxi-resins and the different carbon-mesh tecnics. Whould like to learn how to design and produce a low-racer-prototyp for myself , similar to polish "Velokraft" manufacturer (NoCom-bikes ,they are like spaceships on earth).I´musing now a M5 CHR for distances .My wife is using the danish Me-Mover for smaller tripps , Halfbike is too hanky-panky for her. As I age, running has gotten to be too hard on my joints. Love my Halfbike for its high intensity, low impact workout!

I love it. It has been super fun to share it with friends and have them try. Some of them nail it in 10 minutes, some of them are more challenged. Things that I like better than two wheel biking include standing up, less stress on my wrists, no but pain , and the initial rewiring of the brain. That felt like a very exciting challenge. And not at all the big deal but I thought it might be. A nice surprise has been that I thought I would be stared at and questioned by curious pedestrians and other bicyclists. That has not been the case aside from a few friendly “hey that looks like fun “ comments. It’s super well-made and is holding up great. it’s getting me out on the bike path more than I have been in years. Good work team !

What a great bike and I am overwhelmed by how good it is. Great workout on your whole body. Enjoy the outdoors on the halfbike! Wasn’t toо difficult to learn and it just gets better every time you ride.

How long does it take to learn how to ride a Halfbike? As many other skills, practice makes perfect. That's what they say! Difficult to answer though since it depends on your physical condition and balance. Anyway, it will probably depend more on your determination rather than anything else.

Not one or even all these 4 bikes combined can give the same FUN with a halfbike. Not one or even all these Types of bike can give a Total Body Workout than a halfbike. Long ride and more time on other bikes compared to short ride and less time on a halfbike but with a greater beneFIT. All bikers will always turn their heads when they see my halfbike.

Halfbike отличный спортивный тренажёр. Первые несколько раз было сложно удержать равновесие, это наверное ещё и потому, что пробовал покататься в офисе, где много помех :). На улице получилось намного лучше, в первый день проехал ~5км., было такое ощущение, что поднялся на небоскрёб по ступенькам. Теперь по 15-20км. можно брать практически без остановок. Не хватало места куда деть телефон, в карманах довольно не удобно, остаётся пояс, рюкзак или я прикрепил на руль крепление для стаканчика, правда по ухабистой дороге, телефон может выскочить. В целом рекомендую.

Hi, This is Frank Costanzo (near Princeton, NJ). I have been skiing for 58 yrs and windsurfing for over 45 years but find that I am not close enough to a great ski resort or excellent windsurfing to enjoy these sports on a regular basis. Halfbiking is a fabulous sport that keeps me in shape for the both sports. It helps to develop excellent leg and core strength while providing a great way to fine tune your balance skills. It only takes a short time to get very comfortable on a Halfbike and then you can advance to perfecting your Halfbike trail riding and slalom skills. Halfbike3 VS BMW 1200S I've always been a motorcycling enthusiast. Comparing my loved ones isn't fair, not only because they do not compete with each other, but also because they just make the perfect symbiosis to take you anywhere with joy and excitement in every ride. They are both beautifully designed and built to deliver an outstanding performance. They also deliver tons of torque and the ratio power/weight is awesome. The excitement and sensations which are generated when taken to the limits are just hard to describe. Of course there are faster, lighter or more affordable options in the market but...Who wants them?

I've been a runner for many years but I needed to find something with less impact to my chronically sprained ankle. I don't like exercising indoors and normal bicycling just doesn't get my heart rate up (or my excitement level). All the outdoor elliptical bicycles I tried are large, expensive contraptions.

As an avid ultramarathon distance runner and all around active person getting to know about this wonderful Halfbike is an additional bonus workout for me. Initially getting started with the Halfbike is not so simple as you think as most cyclists think so, however with strong determination and also good balancing you'll be able to overcome this. Been using my Halfbike for my weekend cardio workout and recovery after my runs. Noticed that this have improved my stamina and heart rate. Loving it so much that it now becomes my go to excuse to bring them out for a ride to relieve my stress and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

What a thrill it is to ride that thing!! I love it so much! I was looking for an alternative instead of a bike. After a accident, multiple fractures to my wrist it was very painful to ride a normal bike. When I saw the HalfBike I was so nice intrigued by it that I had to try that out!! Now I love it so much that I’m showing it to everyone I know!!!

I love half biking on my HB3. It gives me the same exercise value of running without the associated impact and stress while improving my balance. It is beautifully made and folds to a very compact size for transport and storage

Move around the city as fast as a cricket, feel like a tightrope walker and simply switch off from daily routine on your rides. I can only say nice things about my Halfbike 3. Either for transport or just for fun it is an incredible companion. Moving around in a big city it's just like a video game where you can invade sidewalks and take shortcuts when navigating across the old town. People do not seem to be intimidated and will even smile at you in amazement. There is room for improvement, the upper pin and the quick release screws need serious revision. I'm looking forward to seeing what the next model will be like. A Gates carbon belt drive would be an astonishing addition since it would make 'The Halfbike' even more minimalist, clean, silent and maintenance free. That's my two cents. The Halfbike is just a unique experience and the learning process even more so. Just dare to ride it!
