I'm an exercise person, full disclosure. I've thought about bikes for a while but never pulled the trigger because it's a big time commitment. With Halfbike, I'm getting a bike workout for a fraction of the time. Plus, it works my core, balance, and arms. I love it. Obviously, wear a helmet (I do, except for this vanity pic). And some tips: With a front wheel brake only, speed downhill isn’t your friend, so don’t be afraid to gently apply the brakes as you’re heading downhill. Pedaling uphill, lean over the handlebars.
