Hi!

Hi, just got my hb3 few days ago. just had a couple questions - when we change gears, does it work like a bicycle where you have to pedal to change them or can you change gears when the bike is not moving? also anyone has any wide, flat pedal recommendations? I saw that pedaling innnovations is a good one but it's too pricey to get it over here. Thinking about moto reflex but they seem kinda small. Thanks in advance!
