Shipping was as described…it got held up by Fed Ex, but Halfbike’s customer service was amazing and on top of it. Bike arrived packaged excellent. The assembly was straight forward. Had the bike out riding very shortly after assembly (I watched a video saying that you need to keep your arms loose, and that really helped). It is an amazing workout!!! You may think you are in shape…but you are not in Halfbike shape. Everyone that I have shown and let ride it agrees, and all have said that they want one too!!!
