I have my halfbike since August. I’m 57 years old, and my condition Needed an upgrade after Some lung embolie problems.
The first steps of the learning curve, were as in the paper. After Some weeks, ik could make bows and Some distance straight.
Now, 2 Month later i bike for 30-45 minutes, 4 times a week. Mostly i need Some rest minutes, en every day ik train bows and 8 forms.
I have to mention te state of muscles because when i’m getting acidify, my concentration is also gone.
My condition grows every week. The halfbike is very much fun.
