What my Half Bike has taught me
1. Keep your eyes on the horizon, trust your body and mind to get you there.
2. You need a kickstart to get the momentum going.
3. Take breaks, pedalling tired is not good.
4. Know your limits, no passing if you don't feel steady enough.
5. It is great to try something new. You don't have to be good at it but you must be having fun.
